Account Service Coordinators

As an account coordinator you are acting as a consultant in the online marketing campaigns of our clients. You are the go-to resource for clients who want to improve the performance of their email campaigns and you make it happen! If you like working with people, using technology and believe in the positive power of email communications, this job is for you.

This position provides first-line support to Cypra clients.

Requirements & qualifications:

  • 3-5 years prior work experience in providing online service support
  • University degree

Business Development Representative

Business Development Representatives are responsible for all aspects of securing new sales, both from inbound leads and outbound prospecting efforts, for all Affiliate products and services. Their success is measured by achieving published sales quotas, and ultimately contributing to the revenue and profitability of Cypra in line with the company’s vision, mission and values. If you enjoy inside sales, tele-prospecting and are driven by the opportunity to make money and build a long-term stable sales career, then this is the job for you!

Requirements & qualifications:

  • At least 2 years B2B Sales experience in telemarketing or inside sales
  • Sales experience in technology hardware, software, marketing services, advertising or media sales
  • College degree or relevant experience
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Proven ability and track record of identifying, contacting and effectively communicating/closing sales with C-Level/upper management contacts
  • Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task

Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French a big asset
  • Mature and self-managing
  • Goal oriented, results driven and well organized
    • Career oriented with proven track record of results and stable tenure
    • Highly dependable, daily presence in the office from at least 9AM to 5PM
    • High energy and persistent
    • Team player
    • Must be able and willing to regularly travel, particularly to the US
